How it Works

Tell us about your event and provide as much detail as possible. Our calendar usually starts filling up about 3-4 weeks in advance. If you need a quick turnaround, let us know and we'll see what we can do.

We'll send you an email to confirm our availability and your order details. If you agree, we'll follow up with an invoice. The invoice must be paid in full to secure a spot on our calendar.

All cookies are made to order so that you can have the freshest cookies possible. Once they're baked and the icing is dry, we'll heat-seal each cookie in a cellophane bag. This helps them stay fresh and prevents damage in transit.

We'll reach out a few days prior to your scheduled pickup / delivery date to confirm the address and time. All that's left to do is enjoy!

Once you've filled out the form, we'll get back to you within 2 business days. Please check your spam folder if you haven't heard back from us within that time. We respond even if we're unable to take on your order, so keep an eye out. We're excited to hear from you!
