The earlier the better! Our calendar usually starts filling up about 3-4 weeks in advance. If you need a quick turnaround, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
All batches are made to order and require at least 48 hours to complete. We never have “extra cookies lying around.” We’re efficient bakers and we want you to have the freshest cookies possible! Our busiest seasons are May - June and October - December. Please reach out as soon as you can if you’d like cookies during that time.

Check out our shop for pre-designed options. These cookies are made to order with limited personalization and fixed pricing.
If you have something else in mind, submit an inquiry form here. That's what's so great about custom cookies: they're one of a kind. You’re welcome to reference our portfolio for inspiration, but we’ll create a new design together. We also encourage you to send us any reference photos or invitations. This helps us get a better idea of the color palette and design elements you’re looking for. From here we can create a cookie set that’s unique, while still incorporating the elements that are important to you.

Invoices must be paid in full to secure a spot on our calendar. We will not begin any custom work until then. We spend significant time planning and preparing your custom cookies. By paying the invoice, you're giving us the go-ahead to start work on your order.
Your order is subject to cancellation if the invoice has not been paid within 1 week. Please keep in mind that we are turning down other potential work to make your cookies. So if we don't hear from you, we'll assume you no longer want the cookies and we'll cancel the invoice.
We currently use Square for invoicing, which allows you to pay using a credit card, bank account, or Apple Pay.
-
We do not offer refunds, as our cookies are both custom and perishable.
If your event has been postponed or canceled, let us know as soon as possible. Hopefully we'll be available when your event is rescheduled. If not, we're happy to credit your payment to a future order.

Our kitchen is not certified nut-free or gluten-free. However, we do have family members with nut allergies so the cookies and bakery are nut-free. We are not currently offering gluten-free cookies.

To enjoy your cookies at peak freshness, we recommend eating them within 1 week. They can stay in their sealed bags at room temperature until your event.
Warning: Never store your cookies in the refrigerator! Trust us, you don't want to eat hard, dry cookies. Condensation can also develop in the sealed bags and cause the icing colors to bleed.
If you have cookies leftover, you can freeze them for up to 3 months by following the instructions below.
Keep the cookies in their sealed bags and place them in a freezer-safe container, such as Tupperware or a Ziplock freezer bag.
When you're ready for a snack, take the container out of the freezer, leaving the cookies in their sealed bags.
Once the cookies have come to room temperature, open the sealed bags and enjoy!
